Jordan, a third-generation construction professional, is an alumnus of business programs from Canada’s L-Spark and Silicon Valley’s Y Combinator. Jordan previously founded Tough Commerce, a next-generation commerce platform now used by construction suppliers across the USA and Canada today. With experience and involvement in thousands of construction projects, Jordan combines his expertise in both construction and technology to drive meaningful advancements in the industry.
Jordan has over 20-years experience in constrution.
Sunira, a dynamic lawyer and entrepreneur, established Workly Law in 2020 - a now well-established law firm on Bay Street in Toronto. Her expertise extends beyond legal practice—she pens a weekly column for the Toronto Sun and serves as a radio panelist on Newstalk 1010, offering insights into legal matters, entrepreneurship, news, and politics. Sunira is also passionate and active in real-estate.
In addition, she currently, she contributes her expertise as a board member of the Canadian Taxpayers Federation.

Marco brings over 25 years of expertise in fostering strategic partnerships and helping growing companies build long-lasting relationships. With a deep understanding of corporate development, Marco has consistently been instrumental in guiding organizations through complex growth initiatives, mergers, and collaborations. His passion for supporting entrepreneurs and growing businesses coupled with his vast network and insights, has made him a key figure in driving long-term success for the businesses he works with.
Sebastian, Head of Construction, brings over 25 years of expertise in construction and renovation. With hands-on experience building hundreds of homes and completing hundreds of renovation projects—including electrical and plumbing expertise —he is a skilled and versatile contractor. Sebastian is dedicated to his craft, placing a strong focus on customer satisfaction in every project.
Sebastian had his own contracting business for 15 years before joining StrongForce.
