What's involved in the permitting process?

We handle everything for you.

Our comprehensive plans and expert guidance ensure a smooth process. In the unlikely event that a permit is denied, we refund your deposit in full.

What's included in the price?

The price covers the fully finished unit, ready for service hookups. Furniture and base/foundation are not included. For a hassle-free experience, consider our turnkey construction/installation option.

Can I customize the layout?
