‍Exclusions and Potential Additional Fees:

Survey or Site Plan: Many municipalities require a survey or site plan showing the location of the unit on your property to grant a building permit. While this is not included in our standard package, we can guide you through this process. Please note that additional costs may apply.

‍Septic Plans (if applicable): If required, septic plans are not included in our standard package and will incur additional fees. However, we can assist in navigating these requirements.
